would stay here again
The king room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a fridge. The bathroom had a nice shower and free toiletries. The pool was huge with a spa area. Had a great breakfast with an omelette station and fresh coffee. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ann Arbor. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Alexander at the front desk helped with an early check-in, which made things easy. The bar service, especially from Jamie, impressed me. The room was cozy and clean with comfy beds, just right for a good sleep. I didn't have breakfast there, but I heard it can be pricey. One downside was that my reservation mix-up left me waiting a bit and caused some frustration. Paying for breakfast when I thought it was free was another letdown. If they could clear up those issues, it’d enhance the experience even more.

The pool area provides a decent space for a splash, but keep your head on a swivel—unruly kids can turn it into a chaotic zone. Close proximity to local attractions makes it convenient for outings.
Breakfast options left a lot to be desired. unless you're willing to splurge on the buffet, expect limited choices that might not cater to light eaters or those with dietary needs. Encountering closed kitchens during the advertised open hours is frustrating, particularly when you're craving a late-night treat. Also, the lingering mold smell in some rooms, especially on the fourth floor, is a significant issue for those sensitive to allergens.

The location is fantastic, just a short drive from restaurants and shopping. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles right from check-in. Alexander at the front desk helped with my early check-in request without any fuss. The bar service was top-notch, thanks to Jamie, who made my evenings enjoyable. The room I had was spacious and clean with all the essentials. My only downside was the breakfast pricing. Paying $23 per person for a basic offering felt excessive, especially when options for lighter eaters were limited. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service, but breakfast could use some rethinking.

Exceptional Service and a Great Stay
I recently stayed for one night and was genuinely impressed by the wonderful staff, especially the manager who helped with a billing issue. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay enjoyable. However, the pool area was closed, which was a bit disappointing as we had hoped to use it. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with two queen beds and the lovely morning coffee at breakfast. The indoor pool and sun terrace provided great spots to relax and unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was the billing confusion when I checked in, but it was handled eventually. 😊

The check-in process was efficient, with staff quickly accommodating an early arrival for a wedding. Bar service was exceptional, especially from the bartender who made our evening enjoyable. The pool was disappointing as it was shallow and more suited for children, while the strong chlorine scent made it uncomfortable for those sensitive to it. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring hand-cut steaks that impressed everyone.
